Candle Holder

Ice Candle Holder

Starting out I went and got a shot glass and a normal glass so I had a caste for the snow and ice to form around. After collecting the two glasses I went out and got some snow for the bottom of the candle. I put all the snow at the bottom of the normal sized glass so I had a sturdy foundation for when I put the shot glass in. My next step was to place the shot glass in the center of the normal glass, on top of the snow. I then poured water in-between the two glasses to create the walls of the candle holder. My final step was to place it carefully in the freezer.

The two glasses gave me enough space and height to display the candle safely and well. Using the two glasses gave it that cup-shape that I was looking for. I used snow for the bottom and ice for the top portion. I also placed four leaves in the shell of the candle for that environmental feel that I was looking for.
