Snow fort
After the snow plows came I started to dig a hole into the large pile of snow that it created. Turned out being much harder than I thought because the snow kept falling on me. The only technique I had dug with my hands and then just keep digging. In my mind, there was no real correct tool for the job so I just used my hands. This took about 45 minutes and my hands were freezing afterward. I thought this would be a cakewalk, but it was definitely.
This can be used as a shelter, it can only really have one occupant and is obviously going to be pretty cold. However, it will protect you from the wind and snow that is still falling. This can also shield you during the night from animals. I found it pretty neat, but maybe that is because I built it.
